Initiate a Return
- You can email our customer service department at snatchedws@gmail.com to get a return merchandise authorization.
- After that, the customer will be informed of the process of returning the item once approved.
- If the item is being returned, pack it properly to avoid getting damaged when being returned.
Exchanges
Exchange of Items that are Defective or Damaged
- For exchange, you can inform us over snatchedws@gmail.com. It should be noted that the exchange request should be sent within 10 days after having received the item. We shall facilitate this by helping you to get a replacement.
Refunds
Processing Your Refund
- If and when we receive the returned item, it shall be inspected and the status of the refund either approved or rejected shall be communicated.
- If approved, funds will be returned and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 days.
