Return, Exchange, and Refund policy.

Initiate a Return

  1. You can email our customer service department at snatchedws@gmail.com to get a return merchandise authorization.
  2. After that, the customer will be informed of the process of returning the item once approved.
  3. If the item is being returned, pack it properly to avoid getting damaged when being returned.

Exchanges

Exchange of Items that are Defective or Damaged

  • For exchange, you can inform us over snatchedws@gmail.com. It should be noted that the exchange request should be sent within 10 days after having received the item. We shall facilitate this by helping you to get a replacement.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund

  • If and when we receive the returned item, it shall be inspected and the status of the refund either approved or rejected shall be communicated.
  •  If approved, funds will be returned and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 days.
